Join us for a volunteer day!

Volunteer days are a great way to give back, meet other members of the community who enjoy volunteering and gardening, and experience the therapeutic effects of spending time in nature.  No prior gardening experience is needed to participate, and everyone over the age of 18 is welcome regardless of your affiliation with UC Davis.

Event details

Our April Volunteer Day will take place from 9 to 11:30 am on Saturday, April 11. We will be starting the Spring season strong by planting an assortment of vegetables and weeding in the Good Life Garden, our forager-friendly food garden located in the courtyard of the Robert Mondavi Institute for Wine and Food Science!

Meeting Location

We will be meeting in the Good Life Garden. Parking is free on campus on the weekends, the closest parking to our meeting location is Visitor Parking Lot 2
