Plant Sales

To conclude their fall plant sale fundraising season, the Friends of the UC Davis Arboretum and Public Garden are offering additional incentives to create more room to grow.

The Arboretum Teaching Nursery is brimming with thousands of amazing plants which makes it really hard to pick just five, so after much debate between Propagation Specialist Lisa Fowler and me, we happily present you with five not-to-be-missed plants that we will have available at our upcoming fall plant sales.

Thanks to last week’s rain and the first-ever postponement of an Arboretum plant sale, customers at this Saturday’s sale will receive a literal raincheck – a $10-value coupon.

If you are looking for your next favorite plant, you will be blown away by all that’s new in our fall inventory. For those of you in the market for our traditional “staple” plants, fear not! We will always grow our core selection of regionally appropriate species. The Arboretum All-Stars you know and love will always have plenty of table space reserved.
